1. Promo is valid for qualified BPI Cardholders who sign-up for a GuavaPass account via guavapass.com/go/bpi/manila.

2. Promo is valid for one-time use only.

3. To redeem the 50% OFF discount for the the second monthly GuavaPass unlimited classes subscription, cardholders should already apply the promo code when they pay for the first month unlimited access subscription.

4. The 50% OFF will be auto-debited on the second month unless the cardholder cancels subscription.

5. The Promo offer cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.

6. The Promo is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price, unless otherwise specified.

7. BPI reserves the right to charge the discount availed of to the BPI Card should the purchase of the Cardholder be found fraudulent.

8. Any dispute concerning the services related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and GuavaPass.

9. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the Cardholder’s availment of Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if dispute involves GuavaPass and its performance and/or delivery of services to the Cardholders, the decision of BPI and GuavaPass with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

10. Terms and conditions governing issuance and use of BPI Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo campaign.
