1. Promo duration is from September 15 to June 15, 2018

2. Every Php100.00 single receipt purchase within the promo period from any participating merchants entitles the cardholder to e-raffle entry.

Merchants are:
National Book Store,
The SM Store,
Total Gas Station,
Cafe Bonjour,
SM Markets,
Wendy's,
Kenny Rogers,
Yoshinoya,
Brownies Unlimited,
SM Valet Parking,
McDonald's,
Alfamart

* Earn (2) raffle entries for every purchase at SM Markets and (1) raffle entry to any other participating merchants.

3. ePLUS must be a registered and active loyalty card for entries to be valid. Prepaid ePLUS cards and cardholders with expired ePLUS membership may still earn raffle entries for every purchase but needs to register or renew membership before the raffle cut-off for entries to be valid.

4. Cut-off date of entries are as follows;

5. The raffle draw will be held in the presence of representative from DTI on scheduled raffles at ePLUS Head Office.

6. Prizes at stakes per raffle are:
(1) hotel accomodation for two x 1 winner
(2) lenovo phone x 1 winner
(3) Wrist Watch x 1 winner
(4) Hawk Bags x 10 winners
(5) Belo Gift Packs x 20 winners
(6) PHP500 ePLUS Load x 10 winners

7. Winners will be notified via email, mobile and ePLUS Social Networking Sites accounts.
8. The raffle draw winner may only claim their prize within sixty days (60) after notification, otherwise prize shall be forfeited in favor of SM Lifestyle Entertainment Inc. (SMLEI) with prior DTI approval
9. To claim the prize, winner must provide the following:

    a. Any two (2) valid Government issued Identification cards
    b. Registered Winning ePLUS Card

10. Should a representative claim the prize, he/she should present the following:

    a. Notarized Authorization Letter
    b. Any two (2) valid Government issued Identification card of both winner and representative

11. Announcement of winner will be posted in ePLUS Digital Platforms.
12. Prize is not convertible to cash
13. All employees of the participating sponsors, advertising/media agencies, employees of SM Supermalls and its subsidiaries, employees of the promo agency and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
