The workshop breaks down the Rocket 2 sequence so you'll be ready with drills, techniques, and modifications that you can apply to suit your current level of practice. The masterclasss is an exhilarating session where you can experience the full Rocket 2 sequence, and where you ca apply all that you've learned in the  workshop.
