SMARTFEEDBACK-3 E-RAFFLE MECHANICS:

1. The Caltex Smart Feedback Raffle promo is open to all customers who purchase any amount of fuel purchase (gasoline or diesel) via cash, credit card, debit card, StarCash or StarCard at participating Caltex stations.

2. The complete list of participating Caltex stations may be found at www.caltex.com/ph.

3. Promo period is from January 1, 2018 until December 31, 2018.

4. Customers interested to participate in the survey can go to the website indicated on the poster and the flyer given out at the station where fuel purchase was made.

(Website addresses are indicated in the list of participating stations)Customers interested to join the raffle should provide the following qualify: (a) his/her official receipt details (b) name, (c) complete address, (d) phone number and (e) email address.

5. Deadline for submission of the Smart Feedback survey to earn raffle entry is at the end of every month starting January 2018 until December 2018. Cut-off time is at 11:49 pm.

6. There shall be five (5) winners of Php5,000 StarCash monthly.

7. StarCash are not transferable and are not convertible to cash.

8. Monthly e-raffle draws will cover all entries from the first until the last day of the previous month. E-raffles will be held at: Chevron Phils. Inc., 6th floor 6750 tower Ayala ave., Makati City at 4pm.

9. Non-winning entries after each draw will not be included in the succeeding draws.

10. Winners will be notified through registered mail, email and SMS.

11. Prize will be couriered to the winner’s address after winner provides the following requirements: notification letter, two (2) valid IDs and proof of purchase (receipt from station where purchase and survey feedback was made). Returned/Unclaimed prize/s shall be forfeited in favor of Chevron Phils., Inc. upon approval of DTI. Claiming of prize is good until 60 days from receipt of the registered mail.

12. Employees of Chevron Philippines, Inc., participating Caltex stations, advertising agencies, Caltex retailers, employees, suppliers, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
