TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility
The promo (“Promo”) is open to all principal and supplementary Citi Cardholders (“Cardholder”), both principal and supplementary, whose credit cards have been issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippines Branch and are active and in good credit standing.

2.Promotion Mechanics and Conditions

a.The promo is from February 1 to Jul 31, 2018 (“Promo Period”). All transactions must be made within the Promo Period to avail of the Promo.

b.The promo is valid for stays from the booking date until December 31, 2018.

c.The offer is valid for bookings made at the Agoda Mobile App by accessing the link agoda.com/citibankph.

d.The promo entitles the Cardholder to get 7% off for Citi core cards and 5% off for co-branded cards,  on top of the discounts displayed in the website and app for hotel accommodations.

e.The promo is valid for hotel reservations made for all Agoda merchant hotels.

f.Cardholders must pay for accommodations with a valid Citibank Card.

g.Discounts are applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding extra charges, local taxes, service fees, personal consumptions and the like).

h.The Promo discount will only be displayed on the booking form after entering a valid Citibank credit card number. On the app,in addition to entering a valid Citi credit card number, Cardholders must also select and apply the Citi promotion from the Promotions menu in the Payment Details page.

i.This promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other Promo and discount that requires a voucher code.

j.All purchases are subject to terms and conditions of the Citi Card Agreement.

k.The Promo offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit or other goods and services.

l.The Promo is subject to the terms and conditions of
Agoda. In case of dispute, the decision of Agoda shall be final.

m.Any issue on the actual purchase should be directed and will be resolved by Agoda.

n.In case of dispute with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, and fulfilment, Citibank’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by Citibank with the concurrence of DTI.

o.In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
