* Qualifying Round Mechanics:

1. Interested bike clubs should meet the following requirements in order to be qualified to join:

        Minimum of 50 members
        Set of Club Officers

2. Competing bike clubs should submit the following required information:
        Club Name
        Club Officers and contact numbers
        List of Active Members
        Club Logo
        Club Vision-Mission
        Club Activities (Details of Group Ride, Safety Riding, Community Services and CSR)
        Club Pictures (Group, CSR/Activities and Rides)
        Completed questionnaire

3. Deadline for submission of these required information will be announced per region.

4. Pre-screening will be done through assessment and interviews with bike clubs, this is dependent on submission of required documents

5. A screening committee will evaluate and vote for a representative for each of these 5 regions:
        NCR
        North Luzon
        South Luzon
        Visayas
        Mindanao

6. There will be a total of 5 finalists and they will be notified by the organizing committee.

7. These finalists/Regional representatives will compete in the National Finals to be held in Manila on September 22, 2018.


* Finals Mechanics:

Each shortlisted bike clubs will be judged for finals based on the criteria and percentage below:

1. Club Values     What the club stands for, its vision-mission, and the culture within the organization     10%

2. Moto Tourism     How the club promotes the joy and appreciation of riding and connecting with their surroundings     10%

3. Social Responsibility     How the club responds to the call of duty to contribute to the society at large     15%

4. Safety Riding     Consistent education, regard for traffic laws and authority     15%

5. Brand Advocacy and Influencing
Others     How the club makes use of Shell as an enabler in bringing to life their club’s objectives and
how they promote the brand     30%

6. Booth Design (additional criterion for
finals only)     How the club can creatively display what they stand for with the space that will be provided to
them during the Shell Bike Fair in Manila     20%
    Total:     100%


* Winners & Prizes
Champion     Cash Prize of PhP100,000
Fuel Vouchers worth PhP50,000

1st Runner Up     Cash Prize of PhP75,000
Fuel Vouchers worth PhP25,000

2nd Runner Up     Cash Prize of PhP50,000
Fuel Vouchers worth PhP15,000
